Preparation time: 15 minutes
- 2 avocados
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- ½ onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 125g low fat cream cheese
- Salt & pepper to season
Peel, stone and cut the avocados in half and mash gently into a smooth consistency but retain some texture. Add chopped tomato, onion and garlic. Mix gently together with cream cheese and season with salt and pepper to your taste.
Serve the guacamole alongside the tortillas.
