- 1 Bottle marinated anti -pasta (grilled artichokes, aubergines and courgettes)
- 4 Sundried tomatoes in oil, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons pesto
- Fresh basil to garnish
- Avocado oil & black pepper
- Arrange the filling in the avocado halves.
- Drizzle with pesto and avocado oil.
- Serve with a good grinding of black pepper and fresh basil leaves.
