- 1 Large ripe avocado, halved and de-stoned
- 100g Smoked salmon, diced
- 2 Tablespoons creme frainche or sour cream
- 2 Teaspoons salmon roe (optional)
- 1/2 Lemon Quarted
- Arrange the ingredients in the avocado halves.
- Serve immediately with a squeeze of lemon juice and a grinding of black pepper
