INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Large ripe avocado, halved and de-stoned
  • 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 100g Bocconcini (baby mozzarella balls)
  • 2 Tablespoons pesto
  • Fresh basil to garnish

PREPARATION:

  1. Arrange the tomatoes and mozzarella balls in the avocado.
  2. Drizzle the pesto and serve garnished with fresh basil leaves.
