- 1 Large ripe Avocado, halved and de-stoned
- 1 Small ripe pear, sliced
- 100g Bacon or pancetta grilled and diced
- 2 Eggs, boiled and quartered or 4 Quails eggs, halved
- Parmesan shavings to garnish
- Arrange all the ingredients in the avocado halves.
- Garnish with shaved parmesan and serve immediately.
