ADD AND AVO – SNACK OR LUNCH BOX – Avocado Hummus

No crisps or unhealthy snacks here.  Avo is the perfect ingredient for your game day snacks, and great for kids too!

INGREDIENTS:

Puree 1 Avocado with 1 can of chickpeas.  Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice and serve with a drizzle of avocado oil (or olive oil).  Serve with carrot sticks and celery strips or chunks of fresh bread.
